Connectivity makes product labeling easier

Digitalization is on everyone's mouth in industry. However, the degree of implementation in the individual companies varies enormously. It is clear that significant cost savings and process simplifications can be achieved, especially in the area of product labelling. At the booth (Hall 1, Booth 1-536), all coding show some examples and offer customers individual solutions. The systems for product labelling as well as for the coding of secondary packaging are centrally operated by one controller.

Electric labeler consumes 50% less energy

Allen Coding's product range for marking secondary packaging is completed on FachPack by the Diagraph PA6000 labeling system. The all-electric label printer and dispenser consumes 50% less energy than pneumatically driven models. The precisely working electric servo motors enable precise positioning of the labels - even on uneven products such as bags or foiled beverage packs. It is also possible to label on boxes of different sizes or around the corner. The system can also be easily moved from one production line to another, as no compressed air tubes are required.

Mark Euro pallets with the Diagraph IJ4000 high-resolution inkjet printer

The high-resolution large-format inkjet printer Diagraph IJ4000 has been approved by the European Pallet Association (EPAL) for marking pallets. This means that the marking of pallets by means of burn stamps will be a thing of the past in the future and digitalisation is also making its way into pallet labelling. For approval by EPAL, both the hardware and the ink were subjected to extensive tests. Thanks to automatic self-cleaning and central ink supply, the printer is particularly suitable for use in harsh production environments. The IJ4000 offers a print image height of 100mm, a resolution of 300dpi and print speeds of up to 90m/min. The Diagraph IJ4000 printing systems are currently the mainfont encoders with the lowest maintenance effort, the shortest downtimes and the longest service life.
